The City of Ripon Police Department is staffed with fourteen full time officers and one part time officer. We have a very experienced staff that works very well together. The department has a minimum staffing requirement of at least two officers on duty in the City 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Most of the time there are three or four officers on duty.

The department has four fully marked and equipped squad cars and one unmarked car that is used mostly for court in Fond du Lac or traveling to training throughout the State of Wisconsin.

The Officer's on the department average 17 1/2 years of experience working in the City of Ripon. The Officer's care deeply about the City of Ripon and our residents and visitor's to the community.
